Today I photographed a birthday party. It was such a sweet day, and a really moving testament to the love and power of family. It was a 95th birthday, and the room was filled with people who were clearly smitten with the birthday girl. So many generations, and laughter...I really, really hope that if I am lucky to live this long, there will be a roomful of people like this that love me too. I took lots of candid shots, and managed to get some family pics of Megan and her sweet little family. There may or may not have been bribes being made to get the little ones to smile and look at the camera, but I'm not telling.
Thank you Megan, for having me document this special day for your family!!! I had so much fun!
